Hi there! My name’s Aaqel, and welcome to my website!
I’m a CS major at the University of Illinois at Chicago and I’m currently trekking through the wilderness of knowledge to obtain my bachelor’s degree.
I love programming, but more than that, I’m addicted to the adrenaline rush you get when you finally solve a bug you’ve been working on for hours. There is, quite literally, nothing else like it!
I started programming with Python, but C++ has quickly become my favorite programming language so far and one I use whenever given the option to choose.
When I’m not writing code or sending emails (or procrastinating), I enjoy playing video games and writing blog posts!
Speaking of which, this is what the different sections on my website are for:
- About: The landing page. Not much else to elaborate on here ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- Projects: This page contains all the projects I’ve finished and wish to display for posterity.
- Blog: This page displays my blog posts. I don’t have a specific theme for the stuff I write about. It’s everything and anything that comes to mind.
- Contact: You can use the form on this page to get in contact with me or if you want to comment something about the website or the blog posts.
